Government officials and citizens often get lost in a sea of over 36,000 documents, including Acts, Rules, Notifications, and Office Orders. Finding a specific clause in a decades-old PDF was a significant bottleneck for daily administrative tasks.

In a legal and administrative context, "hallucination" is not an option. Any AI response must be verifiable, citing the exact document, date, and file number to ensure the information is legally sound.

We deployed a sophisticated AI Document Intelligence system (RAG-based) that scans the entire state repository.
